DELIVER TIME

For standard products, we always have some in stock for fast delivery within 2 weeks. For customerized items or new items, the delivery time will be around 25-35days.

SPARE PARTS

WARRANTY

Our warranty period is one year and applies to all accessories. Our products have good quality, so there are rarely any damages within one year. For products that have been in use for a long time, we also provide high-quality paid after-sales service.

OEM

1.OEM or ODM are  acceptable.
2.We accept small order/trial order for customer to check whether the products is suitable for the market.
3.We provide sincere after-sales service.

PACKAGE

Our transport vehicles will be packaged in wooden boxes, while stacking vehicles will be packaged in pallets. On the one hand, we will try our best to pack as many products as possible, and on the other hand, we will protect the products.

COLOR

We are a factory, so we can customize the color of our products according to the customer’s requirements. Please inform us of the color code you need when placing an order.
